Our Return Policy
Products. For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it when we can (for example we won’t be able to give you a sample for a pencil or powder) for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you're sure it works for you.
Services. If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied & extra important it is within the 7 days post appointment
If you make and confirm your appointment you are agreeing to adhere to these simple rules...
· Attempting to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less then 24 hours notice we will need a deposit paid upon securing your next appointment
· Late arrivals (5 minutes or later) will run the risk of loosing their appointment. If you are running a couple of mins late please contact the studio immediately to let us know. 0426522075
· NO SHOWS are required to pay 100% of their original appointment value within 24 hours or they will forfeit any future bookings.
